a. that based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods as several times amended the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 241/PMK.011/2010, the system of classifying goods and charging duties on imported goods has been stipulated;
b. that in the framework to anticipate impact of increasing food price, it is necessary to match import duty tariff on the importing goods of foods and foods substance, animal breeding material and certain fertilizers.
c. that based on the considerations in a and b, to implement provisions in Article 12 paragraph (3) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs as amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is necessary to stipulate a Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Fifth Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.011/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING FIFTH AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 110/PMK.010/2006 CONCERNING THE SYSTEM OF CLASSIFYING GOODS AND CHARGING DUTIES ON IMPORTED GOODS
Changing Attachment II to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the System of Classifying Goods and Charging Duties on Imported Goods as several times amended the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 241/PMK.011/2010, that stipulate import duty tariff on the imported goods of foods and foods substance, animal breeding material and certain fertilizers, so that it becomes as stipulated in Attachment II to this Regulation of the Minister of Finance which is an integral part of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.
1. Stipulation of import duty rate as stipulated in Attachment I of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of promulgation up to December 31, 2011.
2. Stipulation of import duty rate as stipulated in Attachment II of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force on January 1, 2012.
3. Stipulation of import duty rate as intended in paragraph 1 will be evaluated two months before end of effective period.
This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
